Apply For Service

AMLP can process your Application for Service online if our office has been notified. Prior to filling out the Application for Service you need to contact the AMLP office and provide us with the closing information or the new tenant lease agreement details. In addition to notifying the AMLP, and filling out the service application, we will need you to provide us with the following for your application to be complete:

  • * Copy of identification for all persons listed on the deed
  • * Payment of new service fees (only for new services)
  • * Deposit (if applicable)

All fields in the application, unless otherwise noted, must be completed for us to process your request. Information you provide herein is considered confidential and is not shared, transferred or sold.
