Effective September 1, 2024, the AMLP has filed new rate schedules to unbundle and change electric rates for all customers. The unbundled rates separate the Customer Charge, Distribution Charge, and Purchased Power Charge.
Through the rate change process, the Purchased Power Adjustment Charge has been reset to $0.00/kWh and will be adjusted, as needed, with power costs. A prompt pay discount of 10% will apply to the Customer Charge and Distribution Charge. The monthly charges for streetlights have also been revised.
